Our Strategic Industry Mapping methodology is at the heart of the StrategyEye platform and our StrategyEye consulting services.

We continuously review thousands of companies across each industry, assessing the core competencies of each company and grouping competing companies into logically distinct industry categories.

We then identify clusters of related categories, which we track and maintain within our Cluster Framework Library database.

Each Strategic Industry Map draws on this Cluster Framework Library, describing coherent industries and sub-sectors in a clear, graphical format.
